Q Tip is still one of my favorite artists to this day. And if you stop and really think about how many classic songs he’s been involved with as an MC and producer over the years-it’s pretty mind blowing. And still, I can’t help but wonder how things would’ve been different if Q Tip never lost all his records and equipment in a fire. Would the Tribe still be marauding our ears with hits like De La Soul?…We may never know.
